ADD person, you are special because you are interested in so many different things, for a short while before you move on. Too many things are interesting and that is a distraction from being truly productive. You need to know many things to be part of something important, but not alone, it comes mostly from the team. A team can share the weight of knowledge and fill in our blanks.

ADHD You are unproductive and pissed off, triggered, a child having a tantrum. Think of how that looks. It took millions of years of solid winners for you to be here, and this is how you repay them? This is how you use your life, woke and triggered, no think skin, no resilience, no style. You can be calm because you are going none of your work done. Life requires 9 /10 work on the 9 right things to do or there is no freedom, free time with health and energy.

Mostly wasted time because you can’t focus well enough to finish the job or the part of the job. Your accomplishments, are doodled on a cafe napkin.  What a waste of time for all of us?

LIFE “should” mean more than this.

It is worth more. Truth is the list of really important things, don’t include much of what you are doing these days when you stop to think about it. The big questions are being mostly ignored.
